The following information is regarding the SBCC tour. Please read it and act fast if you wish to come, places are limited and granted on a ‘first paid first served basis’.

Gentlemen,
With the cricket season fast approaching, it is time to sort out the main event of the year... The TOUR!!
I am pleased to announce we will be heading for the ‘alcohol-free’ and ‘early to bed’ location of Scarborough!
Meeting at the Rose & Crown in Zouch for breakfast at 9am on Saturday 8th, we will be travelling up to Scarborough aiming to arrive around lunch time.
Dave and I are currently arranging the lodging for the weekend; this will either be a prize B&B in the centre of town, a suitable lodge or a country cottage.
We are working on transportation, if anyone has any contacts for either a minibus, transit van or bus please contact me as soon as possible.
There are two arranged matches:
Sunday 9th: Seamer & Irton. 50 overs. 1pm start
Monday 10th: Sheffield Transport . Twenty20. 4pm start.
With the cost of everything going up we are trying to keep this as cheap as possible hopefully aiming for around the £100-£120 per person mark.
This will include transport, room, match fees and tour shirt.
(n.b. The entertainment is free of charge)
If you would like to come on tour and are over the age of 18, please give your £20 deposit to me before 1st June 2012.
Final costs will be released as soon as they are confirmed and the final payment will be due before 1st August 2012.
